Delivery
We aim to get the t-shirts sent out as soon as possible after receiving the orders and endeavour to dispatch all items within 7 days.
If you need it for a specific occasion then get in touch and we'll do our best but we cannot offer any guarantees of delivery dates, as ultimately we are at the mercy of Royal Mail.
The packages are sent out by regular snail mail or recorded post. There is no next day delivery service and recorded post is simply a trackable service so if your item goes missing we should be able to locate it quickly.
We will ship to anywhere in the world. There are two overseas rates - one for any countries within the EU and a rest of the world tariff, which includes the US. All overseas packages go by regular airmail. We do not sent by registered post outside the UK as the service extends to simply telling you whether the item has made it to the country and not your specific address.
Postage costs are as follows:
UK 1st class: T-shirts £3.50 (1 item), £5.00 (2 items), £6.50 (3 items); any additional items are £1 each.
UK recorded: T-shirts,£5.00 (1 item), £6.50 (2 items), £8.00 (3 items); any additional items are £1 each.
EU: T-shirts £4.50 (1 item), £6.50 (2 items), £8.50 (3 items); £10.00 (4 items) any additional items are £1 each.
Rest of the World: T-shirts £5.00 (1 item), £7.50 (2 items), £10.00 (3 items); £13.00 (4 items)
In the case of lost items, we can make a claim for your loss to Royal Mail, but we can only do this after 30 days from the dispatch date. As soon as we receive compensation your money will be refunded to you.

Refunds
We hope you pee yourself with excitement upon receipt of your order from Airside Shop. However if you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange it or get a refund. Generally speaking if it's our fault you can choose which you'd prefer and if it's not our fault, we will assess returns on a case by case basis. Call or email us to check before sending anything back. But you need to let us know within 30 days of buying the goods cos that's the rules.
Acceptable reasons for returns include wrong sizes or items damaged either in transit or during manufacture. Unacceptable reasons include your mum shrinking a t-shirt by boil washing it, ironing directly onto the design thereby wrecking it or you damaging a print when opening it with sheer excitement (statutory rights not affected).

Please note that we do not pay for return postage and when you do send anything back to us retain proof of posting from your postal service so that you may trace the package if we do not receive it. We are not responsible for returned items that fail to reach us. Refunds can take up to 30 days to complete once we receive your returned goods.
